Refunds will be given where goods are either found to be faulty due to manufacturing issues, or the wrong item has been sent out in error. Under these circumstances, the cost of second class, signed for postage via Royal Mail for the returned goods will be refunded too, but at our discretion. Items ordered by the customer in error will not have the cost of the return postage refunded. All items must be returned in ‘as new’ saleable condition with the original packaging before a refund will be issued. Where items have been damaged or modified, refunds may only be issued at our discretion.
